Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains how Hedavie ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit hedavie.graby.com, take our quiz, or book a call with us. If you have any question, contact us at kadi@hedavie.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first name, email address, phone number, age range, your answers to the quiz, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
- Booking information: when you book a call, the date and time you choose and any details you enter in the booking form.
- Technical information: basic data sent by your browser, such as device type, pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here, and cookies or similar technologies used to measure our ads.
2. How we use your information
- To show you your quiz result and prepare your free call.
- To contact you about your booking and, if you agreed, about our services.
- To send text messages only if you ticked the box to agree.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse.
3. Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your call and our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Agreeing to texts is never required to take the quiz or book a call.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Hedavie, such as our website hosting and database providers, our booking tool (Cal.com) and our advertising partner (X) for measuring ad results. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. Cookies and ad measurement
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the X conversion tag, to understand whether our ads lead to bookings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit its use, and to opt out of marketing. To use any of these rights, email kadi@hedavie.com. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transfer or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. When it is, we take steps to protect it as described in this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
